Job Description

Principal Accountabilities / key activities

  • Monitors, reviews and verifies accounting records and transactions for accuracy, timeliness and adequacy of supporting documentation
  • Review on the draft accounts for monthly closingSupport Order to Cash activities including sales processing, returned product, sales recognition, Accounts Receivable and distribution of Bonus payment.
  • Monthly Closing: Accrual JVs, amortization of prepaid expenses, management report,
  • Update Amway Distributors bank account information in system.
  • Process Accounts Payable vouchers (vendor invoices) within given time frame
  • Prepare payment listing
  • Prepare daily sales and receivable reconciliation and send to stakeholders.
  • Perform accounts reconciliation and advise journal entries for ledger posting.
  • Support AR collections by calling clients when required
  • Perform Bonus calculation and payment to Amway Distributors Support migration activities from Affiliate to Shared Services
  • Center and deployment to new system.
  • Liaise with Affiliate to ensure smooth closing of daily and month end operations
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

Key Qualifications required / Prerequisites

  • Degree in Business major in Management, Accounting, Finance with working experience of at least 1 year (preferably in similar field)
  • Basic knowledge and experience of MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel
  • Proficiency in Thai and English language with good communication and writing skills
  • Team oriented able to work in a team and with others of multi-functional teams
  • Able to accept challenges
  • Able to work within tight deadline
  • Positive working attitude with personal responsibility and integrity.
