Job Summary (primary purpose & general description of the role) : Technical Lead/Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience
Career Experience and Qualifications: The person should have one complete implementation of the project through all stages. Should have a strong technical background of .net , JAVA / J2EE To work with different geography teams to deliver the solutions to the different customers. To develop detailed implementation plans using MS Project ( or Account Specified tool) to enable delivery of the Technical Solution Document To conduct Project Definition Workshops with all the stakeholders and produce the written report - the Project Definition Report. To work with the Delivery Integration Team to ensure that all relevant Teams within the Co. and alliance teams are engaged to deliver the service at Implementation Responsible for remote coordination Mandatory skills/ knowledge Senior Technical Lead 10+ Years’ experience in Application Development of Java/ J2EE and IBM BPM Applications ( if IBM BPM is not available, he /she should be strong on Java and Webservices) Experience Managing Clients and help tackle and manage clients technical queries and enabling offshore team with requirements . Experience in Agile Project Development Methodology- understanding of Agile Ceremonies , User Story Grooming and experience with Offshore teams. Experience on Life Insurance Domain will be a Plus Preference is for someone who has worked locally in Malaysia for a considerable long time ( 5+ years) Experience working on Complex Projects especially with Many Integrations/Touchpoints
• Experience Must have 8 + to 12 years of experience Travel Open for short and long term travel & with valid Visa

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
