Job description:

1. Partner with business leaders to provide HR support for our Restaurant, Hotel & Entertainment businesses.

2. Manage end-to-end recruitment to attract and hire the right talent.

3. Coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development.

4. Support workforce planning and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

5. Administer employee benefits and coordinate with external vendors to deliver an excellent employee experience.

6. Support expatriate administration, including visa, work permit, and relocation coordination.

7. Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Thai labor regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields
2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist, Recruitment or HR Business Partner.
Experience in Restaurant, Hotel, Hospitality, Retail, or Entertainment businesses is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR practices.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Good command of English is a plus.
