Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence in Thailand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand-aligned social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation, while ensuring creative excellence and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Line, etc).
Manage paid social campaigns to drive qualified leads and optimize CPL and ROI.
Plan and oversee engaging content creation in line with brand tone and campaign goals.
Lead social media initiatives, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to expand reach.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and deliver monthly performance reports.
Align with creative, content, and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates relevant to the Thai market.
Manage social media budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Guide and mentor the social media team to elevate creative and strategic output.

Requirements And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
3–6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a management role.
Proven success in lead generation and paid social campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Line ecosystems.
Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and optimization.
Fluent in Thai and English.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Experience in fintech, trading, web3.0 or international brand marketing is an advantage.

Preferred Attributes

Previous experience in brokerage, fintech, or blockchain companies.
Strong grasp of Thailand's trading community and digital culture.
