We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer

The Role

We're looking for a highly experienced graphic designer who can craft visually compelling designs that bring strategic objectives to life, and create innovative solutions that reflect clients brand objectives. As a leading member of the design team, you will take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensure exceptional and consistent quality of work, and mentor junior designers along the way.

What you'll be doing:

Produce fresh, creative design work that brings strategic objectives to life, ensuring every design decision reflects strategic insights and meets client goals.
Brainstorm and craft innovative design solutions that reflect clients brand objectives and messaging.
Craft and implement brand consistency across various platforms and mediums.
Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously and working within deadlines.
Ensure an exceptional and consistent quality of work across all deliverables.
Contribute positively to team dynamic by supporting the growth and development of fellow team members.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
Collaborate across departments – content, client service, video and strategy.

What you've done before:

Built an impressive portfolio showcasing a range of branding and visual identity projects across various industries.
8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and visual identity in design studios.
Led projects from concept through to final delivery, managing multiple workstreams at once.
Worked closely with strategy, content and client teams to produce commercially effective design.
Mentored or guided junior team members in a studio or agency environment.

Your skills:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software (web design/motion graphic design is a plus but not a requirement).
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout techniques.
Strong understanding of excellent design and its potential to drive business success.
Understanding of strategy and how it impacts design, with an ability to comment on commercial value within the work.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Skilled in conceptualising and executing innovative design solutions.
Open to feedback and willing to learn from mistakes and suggestions for improvement.
A kind-hearted, people-oriented person with strong organisation skills.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Comfortable using AI tools to support research, brainstorming and rationale, with human creativity always at the core.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor and/or Master degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across branding and identity.
Fluent in Thai with functional proficiency in English.
Team player mindset with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow and give clear direction.
