Job Description
1. Lead supplier sourcing and supplier management to strengthen the organization's supply chain in alignment with Continuous Supply Chain Policy (COS).
2. Perform cost comparison and cost structure analysis for supplier selection and price approval, supporting both new model and current model development.
3. Conduct negotiation strategies to maintain competitive advantage and enhance global business performance.
4. Manage and control localization projects to improve cost efficiency and supply chain resilience.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure project success in Technology (T), Quality (Q), Responsibility (R), Delivery (D), and Cost (C).
6. Oversee new project development and ensure smooth execution from sourcing to production.
7. Perform supplier evaluation and rating to drive continuous supplier performance improvement.
8. Conduct monthly material cost reviews and implement annual cost reduction strategies through effective sourcing plans.
9. Manage supplier registration and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with financial and legal regulations as well as proper documentation control.
10. Facilitate global coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers across Delta Group operations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid knowledge of cost structure analysis
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong service mindset
• Knowledge and understanding of supplier management processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with a sense of urgency
• Experience in purchasing and supply chain management processes
• Understanding of automotive quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
• Awareness of global economic trends and market conditions
