Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP Concur implementation projects, from planning to post-go-live support
Analyze client business requirements related to travel and expense management
Design and configure SAP Concur Expense Management and Invoice Management modules
Set up robust audit rules, compliance controls, and define comprehensive expense policies
Develop and execute integration strategies with SAP ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA)
Configure integration with third-party systems such as credit card providers and travel platforms
Create and maintain detailed project documentation including blueprints, specs, and test scripts
Conduct system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide expert troubleshooting and end-user support for SAP Concur issues
Deliver end-user training and develop training materials
Stay updated on SAP Concur product updates, enhancements, and best practices
Collaborate with client stakeholders, project teams, and provide leadership to junior consultants
Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution demos and estimation when required

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
