Assist yield data analysis from various sources, including wafersort, final test, and reliability data, to identify trends, patterns,and areas for improvement
Maintain yield roadmap, dashboards, and reports to track yieldperformance and provide insights to stakeholders
Assist in analyzing issues in the lab, and support Product Engineers
Any activities assigned for support Product Engineers

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

Currently studying Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
Knowledge of semiconductor memory cell/array/periphery characterization, test
Understand automotive microcontrollers and their applications
Good skills and experience with Python programming, Tableau feature development
