All about the role:

EluxOne is Electrolux Group's strategic ERP Solution leveraging SAP and connected applications such as ECC, BW, OTM, IBP, Ariba and Open Text etc. which are currently in use in Electrolux Business Units operating in the EMEA, Latin America & North America regions and APAC

We are seeking an experienced SAP IT Manager to join our Commercial Solutions Workstream (Focus Group – Sales & Distribution), based in Bangkok, Thailand. This role is instrumental in designing and delivering scalable commercial solutions, with a focus on SAP Sales Execution processes.

What you'll do:

Lead the design and implementation of SAP-based commercial solutions, particularly in Sales Execution.
Drive initiatives to enable new sales channels, including Customer EDI onboarding, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) portal integration, and Marketplace connectivity.
Collaborate closely with APMEA business units, IT subject matter experts, and Global Solution Architects to deliver compliant and high-performance SAP solutions.
Serve as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into robust SAP solutions.
Leverage deep cross-functional knowledge of SAP to ensure end-to-end process integration and alignment with global standards.
Analyze and evaluate existing business and system processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Drive the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP Commercial Solutions (FG Sales) Sales as well as support Service solutions across the APMEA regions, ensuring alignment with regional business requirements and global standards.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the deployment of SAP Sales solutions across the APMEA region. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and demonstrate a solid understanding of cross-functional integration with related domains such as Demand Fulfilment, GATP, IBP, PTP, OTM, and Finance.
Success in this role requires not only deep technical knowledge but also the ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with business counterparts and IT teams to ensure seamless alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Oversee and coordinate vendor and external partner resources, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions while maintaining adherence to project timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.

Who are you:

Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support across key business areas including planning, sales, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operational reporting.
Proficiency in SAP SD with good knowledge of MM. Familiarity with SAP gATP is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce solutions such as D2C, B2B, Marketplace integrations is highly desirable and may be a key differentiator.
Skilled in collaborating with technical teams to design interfaces with legacy systems. Basic knowledge of ABAP is an asset.
Solid understanding of master data setup in ECC environment.
Experience working with BI/BW teams to enable effective business and management reporting.
Some experience or exposure to Planning process (S&OP) will be advantageous
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with global solutions.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong vendor management skills, ability to manage 2-4 resources across different locations

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

B.E./B. Tech or M.C.A.
Master of Business Administration is preferred
Minimum of 14-15 years of solid hands-on experience in SAP
Minimum 3 years as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect that includes integrations
Minimum 3 lifecycle implementation of SAP ECC S&D module with some exposure of template rollout projects
Excellent communication skills
