PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:(Include but not limited to:)

Support the delivery of consistent and effective HR business partnering services across the organization.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are implemented in line with company standards.
Work collaboratively with management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives that support company culture, employee engagement, and staff motivation.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, service quality, and overall performance.
Support the design and implementation of training initiatives including orientation, leadership development, and service culture programs.
Provide advice and guidance to managers on workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
Promote and support a positive employee relations environment by providing professional advice on company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Assist with disciplinary processes, employee counselling, and grievance resolution to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
Support the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Promote and reinforce company values, service culture, and expected workplace behaviours across all departments.
Monitor HR and training trends and recommend improvements to HR practices and development programs.
Work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
Participate in meetings with business partners and department heads to support people strategies and organizational goals.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers to improve team performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities that strengthen workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
Undertake general HR and training-related duties as required to support business operations.
Demonstrate the Count On Me! service culture in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Encourage innovation by continuously improving HR and training processes and initiatives.
Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.

Display leadership through effective communication, collaboration, and support for team development.
