Responsibilities

Proactively identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers to grow the domestic eCommerce and logistics business.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions that align with DHL's capabilities.
Manage a designated sales territory or portfolio, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy new services and solutions in the local market.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers, ensuring continued alignment and identifying new business opportunities.
Deliver professional presentations and proposals to decision-makers at all levels within customer organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or delivery services.
Proven track record in new business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging customers at senior levels.
Solid understanding of domestic logistics and delivery operations, particularly within the B2B segment.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
