We are partnering with a rapidly growing data center platform to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale project in Thailand.

This is a key leadership role overseeing the mechanical scope of a major data center build, from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end mechanical project execution for a hyperscale data center
Drive construction progress, ensuring timelines, cost, and quality targets are met
Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, and contractors

Design & Technical Coordination

Oversee mechanical systems including HVAC, cooling, and associated infrastructure
Ensure alignment between design intent and site execution
Support commissioning and system validation phases

Contract & Commercial Management

Manage contractors, budgets, and procurement activities
Monitor project costs, variations, and risk mitigation

Stakeholder Management

Act as the key interface between internal teams, clients, and external partners
Ensure clear communication and reporting across all project stakeholders

Safety & Quality

Enforce HSE standards and regulatory compliance on site
Drive quality assurance throughout construction and commissioning

Requirements

10+ years of experience in construction/project management (mechanical focus)
Strong experience delivering large-scale or mission-critical projects (data centers preferred)
Proven track record managing contractors and site execution
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in Southeast Asia is a plus
