Our client, a leading logistics firm is seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Sales Managerto lead their sales strategy and drive business growth across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, and integrated logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the country sales strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Drive business development across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, and Multimodal solutions by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Expand the customer portfolio across various industries such as Retail, Technology, Industrial, Healthcare, High Tech, Semiconductors, Electronics, and Aerospace.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitive activity, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key local, regional, and global customers to maximize long-term business growth.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, RFQs, RFPs, and contract discussions to secure profitable business opportunities.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience through proactive account management, issue resolution, and customer retention initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop the country sales team by setting performance objectives, monitoring KPIs, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Provide ongoing coaching and training on solution selling, pricing strategies, product knowledge, and industry developments.
Own the country sales budget, revenue targets, gross profit performance, and pipeline management.
Ensure disciplined pricing, margin management, and profitable business acquisition through close collaboration with Finance and Operations.
Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Product Management, and Regional Leadership to ensure seamless customer onboarding, service delivery, and account retention.
Collaborate with regional product teams to align capacity, service levels, pricing strategies, and digital logistics initiatives.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM data while preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews for senior management.
Analyze sales performance, identify business risks and growth opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field.
8+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales, including sales leadership responsibilities. Minimum of 5+ years of business development experience.
Proven track record in selling Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and integrated logistics solutions.
Strong business development, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.
Good understanding of international trade, Incoterms, and global logistics.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Experience working in APAC markets or with multinational logistics companies is preferred.
Established network of customers within the High Tech, Semiconductor, Electronics, and Aerospace industries is an advantage.
Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and digital supply chain solutions is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
