Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities of Indirect Materials, MRO, Spare parts, consumable equipment and Capex.
Manage the sourcing of critical and complex materials or services requiring commercial judgment and technical understanding
Perform cost and scenario analysis, total cost of ownership evaluations, and market benchmarking.
Provide market intelligence (pricing trends, lead-time, supplier capacity and capability, risks and alternatives) to internal stakeholders to support decision-making
Analyze suppliers quotations and drive cost reduction activities and long-term productivity.
Implement Indirect material and Capex sourcing activities to support business objectives.
Implement and improve Indirect and Capex procurement process under the global policy, process and strategy.
Implement and improve Indirect and Capex procurement tools/systems, working instructions in the regions to fulfill company internal audit, compliance, and external audit requests
Support all sourcing activities and company-wide commitments, including reviewing, negotiating, and acquiring targeted Indirect and Capex spend categories.
Manage contract review/negotiation with existing/new suppliers and obtain the best terms (quality, price, quantity, and delivery) to meet current and future requirements.
Complete purchase requests with domestic and international suppliers by inputting purchase orders, expediting deliveries, and verifying all transactions.
Interface with Supplier, Client's Expeditor, and User Department to ensure delivery of critical items by regularly reviewing the progress report.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field, engineering background would be advantageous.
10 Experience in Indirect Material and Capex Purchasing in multinational company
Professional understanding of SCM, Purchasing policies and procedures
Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of English language
Advanced skills with ERP systems (SAP, QAD) and Microsoft Office
Resilient, flexible, motivated, well-mannered, and possessing leadership skills
