Work closely with senior professionals within the SEA Corporate Finance / M&A team Southeast Asia to support the origination and execution of strategic corporate transactions across diversified sectors, from client pitch to deal completion.
Construct advanced financial models to evaluate complex business performance metrics and analyze diverse capital structures.
Conduct extensive strategic research and industry analysis focusing on potential target corporations and general market trends.
Coordinate cross-functional project management workflows and maintain alignment across internal deal teams.
Ensure comprehensive adherence to strict ethical, regulatory, and credit compliance standards throughout the transaction life cycle.

skills and experience required.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
Associate: 4+ years of corporate finance and/or M&A banking advisory experience
VP: 6+ years of corporate finance and/or M&A banking advisory experience
Strong financial expertise in valuation methodologies and analytical problem-solving.
