Seagate Technology Singapore Operations Quality & Analytics organization helps to protect and improve Seagate's Total Customer Experience Develop, deploy, and sustain End-To-End Quality Analytics and Processes to provide trusted, actionable information enabling earlier detection and prevention of HDD and System issues. Drive In-Process Quality is a subgroup of OQ&A to protect HDD quality through in-process audits, Control and Monitor Material and Process parametric.

About the role - you will:

Perform in‑process quality inspections by following standard procedures and work instructions.
Conduct Out‑of‑Box Audit (OBA) inspections to check product quality and workmanship.
Support QC activities during assigned shifts, including Backend Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) inspections and joining weekly production line Gemba walks.
Record inspection results accurately and report any defects or issues to QA Engineers or line leaders.
Support customer audits or visits by preparing inspection records and assisting as required.
Assist with additional quality‑related tasks assigned by Quality Engineers, such as trial checks or verification activities.
Follow safety rules, ESD requirements, and backend process discipline to ensure safe and smooth production operations.

Note: Please be highlighted that this is a Shift Operator role.
