About the Role

As Country Manager in Igloo Thailand, you will lead Igloo's operations in Thailand, driving growth across business development, partnerships, marketing, and operations. You will own the country's P&L, shape commercial and product strategies, and build a high-performing team, all while representing Igloo externally and creating new opportunities in the evolving smart insurance market.

Job Responsibilities

Build and manage overall country operations across business development, partnerships, marketing, and operations.
Identify, prospect, and close deals focused primarily on the enterprise clients and on-demand industries.
Work with clients and partners to discover value and provide exceptional service quality.
Stay on top of the market and ecosystem requirements in terms of smart insurance and convert them into growth opportunities for Igloo.
Serve as an integral member of the management team, presenting country insights to guide commercial and product strategy.
Own the country P&L and drive regular commercial optimization to improve performance.
Focus on growth as the primary KPI, seeking strategic partnerships to scale customer acquisition and enhance Igloo's brand equity.
Lead and manage Igloo Thailand's team activities, ensuring operational efficiency and high team engagement.
Represent Igloo's value proposition in press, tech forums, and other public platforms

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in business development, operations, or management roles, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or insurance industries.
Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business opportunities.
Comfortable representing the company externally in public forums, conferences, and media engagements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Fluency in English in order to communicate with the teams across Asia.
