Job Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate major Thai banks (e.g., KBANK, SCB, BBL, Krungsri) and insurance firms.

2.Account Leadership: Act as the primary strategic advisor for key FSI accounts, identifying pain points in their IT infrastructure, application development, and cybersecurity.

3.Solution Selling: Lead the sales of IT outsourcing services, including Digital Transformation Services(Cloud,Big Data,AI), Core Banking support, and Staff Augmentation.

4.Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with Senior Management from Technology to Procurement.

5.Bid & Proposal Management: Lead the response for high-value RFPs, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with the client's regulatory requirements.

Position Requirements

1.3-10+ years of proven experience in IT Business Development or Sales Management, specifically targeting the Banking and Insurance industries.

2.Network: Must possess a solid, current network and warm relationships with decision-makers.

3.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Thai FSI landscape, including digital banking trends, legacy system modernization, and local regulatory compliance (PDPA, BoT IT Risk Management).

4.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing IT outsourcing deals and managing long-cycle complex sales.

5.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
