Job Description

Join our team as an HR Assistant in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to the growth of our organization while developing your HR expertise.

Your Missions

Assist with onboarding by collecting documents and scheduling welcome meetings
Maintain accurate people data in internal systems
Support employment contract preparation and related documentation
Organize offboarding meetings and assist in preparing exit documentation
Follow up on benefit enrollments or updates
Help consolidate and transfer payroll-related documents
Occasionally support administrative topics related to mobility or expatriation
Coordinate with IT to collect and prepare IT materials for onboarding and offboarding
Assist in the daily management of office operations
Manage shipping, document dispatch, and courier services
Contribute to the planning and organization of team activities or events
Follow up on employee performance processes and bonus closing
Maintain and update HR policies and processes

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of experience in a related field
Native Thai speaker
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn in a dynamic and multicultural environment
Ability to manage a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks
