About the role — read this before you apply

We are looking for a rare kind of person: a one-person video engine who can also orchestrate an army of creators.

Most brand-marketing roles are coordination jobs — brief an agency, wait two weeks, forward the file. This is not that role. In this role, you will personally script, shoot, edit, and (when needed) anchor video content — and you will build and run a network of external influencers who produce UGC videos for our platform.

If you need an agency to make a video happen, this role is not for you. If you can pick up a camera (or a phone), shoot a reel, edit it tonight, publish it tomorrow, and simultaneously get five creators to make videos for us this week — keep reading.

What you'll own1. Video production — your own hands

Script, shoot, edit, and publish video content for factori.com and retailing.factori.com — brand films, product videos, platform explainers, founder content, event coverage.
Anchor on camera when needed — comfort in front of the lens is a real plus.
Own the studio, the equipment, and a weekly output plan. Videos ship every week — not when they're perfect.

2. UGC through the influencer network

Build and manage a network of micro and mid-tier creators (10K–500K followers) who produce UGC videos promoting retailing.factori.com.
Run our barter model: creators receive a free e-commerce store on retailing.factori.com (worth ₹6,000) in exchange for 2–3 promotional videos — and then become retailers themselves, promoting their own store.
Own the full creator relationship — first DM, onboarding, briefing, content review, publication, and the long-term engagement that keeps them creating.

3. Ad-creative production

Produce the ad creatives for our performance-marketing engine — Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads — versioned for A/B testing.
Source each creative by the fastest good route: your own hands, the creator network, or external support. You own the quality bar either way.

4. Content strategy

Own the video-first content calendar — briefs, scripts, hooks, edit templates.
Spot what's trending on Instagram and YouTube this week, and turn it into content for us this week.

5. Brand building (growing scope)

As the role matures: PR, media relations, brand campaigns, and awards — layered onto the same engine.

What we're looking forMust-have — show, don't tell

A portfolio of videos you have personally made — shot and edited by you. Reels, Shorts, brand films, UGC-style content — any format. Without a portfolio link, your application will not be processed.
2 – 5 years of hands-on experience across video production, content creation, influencer/UGC marketing, or brand marketing.
Editing fluency — Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. You can take raw footage to a published cut without help.
Shooting competence — you can plan and execute a shoot with a phone or a camera, handle basic lighting and sound, and direct a subject.
Creator-economy fluency — you know the Indian creator ecosystem, you can DM 30 creators a week without hesitation, and you can close a barter deal on WhatsApp.
Strong spoken and written English; conversational Hindi strongly preferred; a regional language is a plus.
Comfort with a weekly shipping cadence and a numbers-driven review culture.

Nice-to-have

On-camera experience — anchoring, hosting, or voice-over.
Prior work at a D2C brand, creator-economy startup, media company, or agency with hands-on production.
Understanding of e-commerce, dropshipping, and side-hustle content.
Basic motion graphics (After Effects) and thumbnail/design skills (Photoshop/Canva).
Experience creating performance-ad creatives at volume.
