Job Purpose

Thailand Parts Sales will be responsible for achieving sales targets, supporting Thai dealers, and monitoring performance for parts sales growth in Thailand market.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales revenue and margin objectives for assigned territory and each dealer/point of sale within territory.
Deliver the territory parts business plan to ensure achievement of budget and to identify and exploit all new parts business growth opportunities with Importers.
Ensure dealers are aware of available promotions and place orders in line with objectives.
Visit network on regular basis to ensure objectives are achieved.
Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide forecast updates on a timely basis.
Conduct studies in the marketplace to determine competitive activity and, where appropriate, develop necessary action plans to counter activity and recover lost business.
Suggest and indicate parts marketing programs to improve CNH/ Importer revenue and profit.
Support market intelligence for central parts market development initiatives.
Sustain dealer inventory to be optimized to provide maximum levels of customer order fill and satisfaction.
Assist dealers/point of sales in resolution of parts shipment and supply problems.
To update and train dealers and Point of sale on parts related IT tools and systems

Experience Required

Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or related to Agricultural Engineering.
1-2 years experience in service-related function or engineering

Preferred Qualifications

Good customer service skills - Customer Relationship Management
Fluent English language.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent written & verbal skills.
Excellent PC Skills including:

MS Office and other PC based communication tools

Willingness to travel within Thailand.
