About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our growing team in Noida Sector 62. This role involves providing exceptional customer support through voice calls and email while ensuring a seamless experience for both domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice calls and email.
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and process standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service are preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
