Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for mortgage loan processing and approval within assigned time to ensure customer's needs are met in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
Responsible for mortgage loan origination including property valuation, credit check, debt-to-income ratio calculation, income verification, loan application package preparation, loan approval process and loan documentation preparation.
Provide assistance on mortgage related matters to all UOB customers.
Provide feedback to sales staff on any loan applications which have been rejected or approved with special conditions so as to enable them to understand the reasons for rejection/approval of loans and improve their selling skills.

Job Responsibility

Review loan applications and prepare loan recommendations according to Bank's guidelines.
Prepare loan documentation for both UOB customers and non-UOB customers.
Ensure compliance with BOT's regulations and UOB policies and procedures.
Maintain high quality service standards and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates on loan status.
Process loan applications efficiently and accurately.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 2 years working experience in a financial institution, preferably in mortgage industry.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Good understanding of the Thai legal system and its impact on real estate transactions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail oriented and able to maintain accuracy in large volume of work.
