Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform daily data entry and transaction processing for Receiving and Warehouse operations.
Verify and ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner
Maintain and organize filing systems for warehouse-related documents and records
Coordinate with supervisors to monitor and support data entry activities within the Receiving and Warehouse sections
Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing deliveries by verifying physical goods against supporting documents and Receipt Travelers
Review, verify, and maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures and record-keeping requirements
Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) as assigned by the Supervisor or Senior Supervisor
Support inventory control and warehouse administration activities as required
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Diploma or higher in Business Computer or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving processes, or related areas
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to work in a shift schedule (4 off 2)

Skills

Advance in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud system
Basic knowledge of AI tools and digital technologies to support operational efficiency is preferred
Flexibility and adaptability
