Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new attractions, tours, and experiences
Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, commission, exclusivity)
Optimize conversion via pricing, content, and promotions
Drive partner participation in campaigns and deals
Manage key accounts and build strong partner relationships
Analyze data and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

5-7 years in BD / Sales / OTA / E-commerce
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Data-driven and result-oriented
Fast-paced, proactive, and resilient
Fluent in English and Chinese
Knowledge of tourism industry
