Key Skills and Experience

Payroll Management:

Administer and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions based on company policies and applicable laws.
Maintain payroll records, including salaries, benefits, and tax withholdings.
Handle payroll discrepancies or issues and provide resolution.

Compensation And Benefits Administration:

Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs.
Conduct research on salary benchmarks, market trends, and best practices.
Analyze and evaluate job positions to determine salary ranges and salary structures.
Administer employee benefits programs, such: health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Educate employees on compensation and benefits offerings and address their inquiries.

Job Requirement

At least one year of working experience as a Payroll Analyst/Specialist.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Prior experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Familiarity with compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and market analysis.
Proficiency in using payroll software and HRIS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion in handling confidential employee information.
