Identity & Access Management main objective is to ensure secure access to DB assets and providing the right access for the right users at the right time. Within I&A, the Secrets Management capability centrally manages credentials used for machine-to-machine authentication and authorization.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Functional Analyst having Information Security knowledge on Access Management concepts, Role Based Access Control, Authentication and Authorization, Cryptography basics. This role will involve leading the onboarding of applications, facilitating stakeholder communications, gathering requirements, managing demand, and overseeing the adoption and governance of the Security platform throughout the Bank.

Your key responsibilities

Define onboarding roadmap and migration strategy. Track onboarding KPIs and adoption metrics.
Work with application teams to identify existing secrets and define migration plans to secure, centralized storage.
Work as primary contact with Application Owners to enable smooth adoption and resolve functional or integration challenges
Track onboarding progress, dynamic secrets adoption, rotation compliance, and maturity indicators publish dashboards and highlight exceptions to leadership.
Validate implementation of secret creation, access control, automated rotation and revocation in alignment with regulatory and internal audit requirements.

Your skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Good understanding of Identity Access Concepts, RBAC, Authentication and Authorization concepts, Cryptography basics.
Nice to have knowledge on Secrets Management
Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Functional Analyst role, preferably on a cyber security product in Banking industry. Total experience around 8-12 years.
Proven experience gathering requirements, translating security standards into functional specifications, preparing documentation, and driving cross-functional onboarding initiatives across technology teams.
Experience working in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and related collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) with a clear delivery focus
