Asset Tracking & Lifecycle

Oversee physical, financial, or digital asset tracking - from acquisition and maintenance through to disposal
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize returns, track asset lifecycles and mitigate risks across various asset categories
Monitor asset performance metrics/dashboards and ensure adherence to relevant financial, regulatory compliance, globally aligned standards and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project and portfolio management
Understanding of project and portfolio management best practices and tools
Self-motivated, with a high sense of integrity, accountability, urgency, and drive
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience leading discussions and presenting to varying levels of leadership
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented, matrixed environment
Experience in defining and delivering portfolio reporting that provides insights and holds cross-functional teams accountable for delivering results
Experience preferred using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, Smartsheet, Coupa, etc.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Proven track record in asset management, financial analysis, or portfolio management.
Proficiency with asset tracking software, financial modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in technical knowledge IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and applications
