Our Client is Looking for Business Development Manager (IT Managed Services & System Integration)

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
Drive sales across a portfolio of IT solutions, including managed services, IT outsourcing, and infrastructure projects
Plan and execute go-to-market activities such as campaigns, client engagements, and industry events
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, preparing customized proposals and commercial quotations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term client retention and account growth
Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in B2B IT sales within a system integrator, managed services provider, or IT solutions environment
Proven track record in selling complex IT solutions, such as infrastructure, datacenter technologies, cloud, or enterprise systems
Existing network within Singapore's SMB or mid-market segment is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales approaches
Ability to quickly adapt to internal processes and align with both technical and commercial teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

Additional Information

Exposure to both project-based and recurring revenue models will be beneficial
Ideal candidates will have experience selling bundled IT solutions combining infrastructure and managed services
