The Accounting Operations Manager is responsible for managing client's accountingportfolios, overseeing accounting teams, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. This role acts as the key contact person for clients and ensures timely financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory support.

Client Management

Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries.
Serve as the main point of contact for accounting and tax matters.
Provide professional advice on accounting standards, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Accounting Operations

Oversee full-set accounting services for multiple clients.
Review bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial statements.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare and review management reports for clients.

Tax Compliance

Review and ensure accurate submission of VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other statutory filings.
Monitor tax deadlines and ensure full compliance with Revenue Department regulations.
Coordinate with tax authorities when required.
Support clients during tax audits and assessments.

Financial Reporting

Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., TFRS/IFRS/GAAP).
Review consolidation where applicable.

Team Management

Supervise and mentor accounting staff and senior accountants.
Review work for accuracy and compliance.
Allocate workload and monitor performance.
Provide technical guidance and training.

Audit & Coordination

Coordinate with external auditors on behalf of clients.
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
Address audit findings and ensure timely resolution.

Process Improvement & Quality Control

Improve internal processes and workflow efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with firm policies.
Maintain quality control standards across all client engagements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
5-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in Thai Accounting firm(s).
Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and accounting standards.
Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Offices and Accounting software. Experienced with XERO or TR Cloud is a plus.
Good communication skills in Thai and English.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
