Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director of Sales to lead and expand real estate sales operations in Thailand. This role is ideally suited to a senior sales professional with a strong background in residential and/or commercial property, looking to relocate and take on a strategic leadership position in a high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth across residential and/or commercial real estate portfolios
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met
Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment channels within the Thai market
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform strategy and pricing
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and lead generation campaigns
Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and industry standards
Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within real estate (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
Strong experience managing and developing sales teams
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals
In-depth understanding of real estate markets, ideally with exposure to international or emerging markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
Experience working with developers, investors, or property funds is highly advantageous
Willingness and ability to relocate to Thailand or be located there already.
