This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from any background. No prior AI or technical experience required — just a sharp eye, strong focus, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.

What You'll Do

Complete structured tasks — including labeling, classifying, and rating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model accuracy
Evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats using clear rubrics and guidelines
Provide consistent, high-quality feedback that helps AI systems learn from real human judgment
Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule and workload
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across a variety of task types and subject areas

Who You Are

Detail-oriented and precise — you follow instructions carefully and spot inconsistencies others miss
Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own time and deliver consistent quality without supervision
Comfortable working with web-based platforms and digital tools
A clear communicator in written English
Curious and adaptable — you're comfortable working across diverse content types and topics
No prior AI, technical, or industry-specific experience required

Nice to Have

Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, data entry, or research
Familiarity with AI tools or language models as an end user
Background in writing, editing, or critical analysis
