We are looking for a hands-on DBA to support mission-critical 24/7 systems in a secure environment.

This role focuses on production stability, high availability, performance tuning, and incident management across SQL Server and MongoDB platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for MSSQL and MongoDB in Production and DR environments
Troubleshoot incidents, outages, failovers, and performance issues
Manage high availability setups (SQL Always On, MongoDB Replica Sets)
Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery validation
Optimize queries, indexing, and database performance
Support deployment, data migration, and release activities
Ensure security, access control, and compliance in regulated environments

Requirements

5–8+ years of DBA experience
Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft SQL Server (Always On, performance tuning)MongoDB (replica sets, backup/restore)
Experience supporting 24/7 production systems and critical incidents
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Nice to Have

Experience in Singapore Government or regulated environments
Exposure to Kafka, APIs, ETL, or microservices architectures
Familiarity with ITIL / structured incident management processes
