Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by serving as their primary point of contact and responding promptly to enquiries.
Quotation & Administrative Support: Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other sales documentation while providing administrative support to the Client Servicing team.
Project Management & Coordination: Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Customer Engagement: Deliver an exceptional customer experience through timely communication, proactive follow-ups, and successful execution of projects based on customers needs and objectives.
Internal Communication: Liaise effectively between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and efficient resolution of issues.
Business Development: Strengthen existing customer relationships, identify opportunities for account growth, and support new business development initiatives.
Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support business pitches and promotional activities.
Digital & Communication Management: Ensure company communication platforms, marketing materials, and relevant customer information are updated consistently and accurately.
Management Reporting: Provide timely updates on project status, customer feedback, business opportunities, and operational matters to support informed decision-making.
Others: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Language Proficiency: Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Organisational Skills: Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Ownership & Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work with a strong sense of responsibility.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, or marketing campaigns is an added advantage.
Teamwork: Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Learning Mindset: Positive attitude, willing to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
Experience: Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination will have an added advantage.
