Monitor and analyze competitor movements and industry trends within the Singapore fintech and digital payments space using market research and social listening tools (e.g., Talkwalker).
Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
Take ownership of the social media calendar, including content curation, production coordination, and scheduling.
Track and report on social media post-performance and community sentiment to refine engagement tactics and content strategy.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platform features to keep the brand at the forefront of digital conversations.
Support Marketing team on other engagement projects/initiatives, where applicable.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, New Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Deeply familiar with the Singapore social media landscape and digital culture (especially Instagram, Telegram).
Proactive, can-do attitude, with a passion to drive brand growth.
Able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint a must.
Copywriting skills a must.
Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
SQL is not necessary but good to have.
