About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive support to the Managing Director while assisting with Corporate Services and CSR administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic corporate environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, expense claims, and administrative documentation.
Act as the key liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Support presentations, research, reports, and special projects as assigned.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries for overseas visitors and regional management.

Prepare reports and presentation materials.
Coordinate business travel arrangements for management.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Assist in coordinating and organising CSR programmes and company events.
Support administrative activities related to CSR initiatives.
Process CSR-related claims, invoices, and documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar executive support role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
