Job Description

You will lead the overall brand strategy and development agenda, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand positioning, elevate customer experience, and drive sustainable commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities Include

Develop and lead the overall brand strategy, positioning, and annual brand plans
Drive integrated brand campaigns across retail, digital, social, e-commerce, and other consumer touchpoints
Translate consumer insights, fashion trends, and market intelligence into actionable growth strategies
Partner closely with Merchandising, Buying, Retail Operations, Commercial, E-commerce, and Digital teams
Strengthen brand consistency and customer experience across all channels
Monitor brand health and commercial performance, using data and insights to optimize investment
Lead external agencies and strategic partners
Manage the brand budget and ensure strong commercial returns
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing brand team

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of Brand Should Have

10+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or related commercial functions
Strong experience in fashion retail is highly preferred
Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategy for consumer-facing businesses
Strong understanding of fashion consumers, retail trends, and omnichannel customer journeys
Commercially minded, with the ability to connect brand strategy with business performance
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience managing teams, agencies, and marketing budgets
Regional or international exposure is an advantage
Thai nationality is strongly preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to relocate within Southeast Asia is essential
