Job Description

Develop and execute digital transformation strategy, roadmap, and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives
Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts using digital technologies and automation
Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to translate business needs into digital solutions
Manage and oversee major transformation projects (e.g., ERP, Supply Chain Digitalization, Data & Analytics, Automation)
Prepare and evaluate business cases, feasibility studies, and investment analyses for digital initiatives
Monitor project performance and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization
Design and track KPIs and dashboards, reporting progress to senior management and relevant committees
Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new systems and processes
Build digital, data, and process capabilities across teams and business units
Establish and enhance governance frameworks for digital and IT across the organization

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields

Experience & Knowledge

Proven experience in Digital Transformation, IT Project Management, or Business/Process Transformation
Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Operations, or ERP systems is a plus
Knowledge of finance, accounting, and investment analysis
Experience working with senior management and steering committees
