About The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and consumer-centric Senior Brand Manager to lead our Home Care portfolio in Thailand. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and deliver business performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovation to market, develop impactful campaigns, and create exceptional consumer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the Brand Marketing Plan to deliver sustainable business growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement brand plans and monitor performance against objectives.
Drive innovation, activation, advertising, and promotional initiatives to support brand growth.
Manage end-to-end product launches, relaunches, market development initiatives, and cost-saving projects.
Develop launch plans, manage customer sell-in activities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Own and manage brand P&L, ensuring delivery of growth, profitability, and market share objectives.
Analyze consumer, category, channel, customer, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and business insights.
Monitor brand performance and recommend actions to improve key business indicators and annual targets.
Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, CMI, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Category teams to deliver business priorities.
Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Provide input into volume forecasting, financial planning, budget management, and performance reviews.
Track and optimize key brand performance drivers across the marketing mix and commercial execution.

Experience & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Marketing within FMCG.
Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of communication development, media planning, public relations, and e-commerce.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including sales analysis, P&L management, budgeting, and strategy development.
Experience managing relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and working effectively with external agencies.
Excellent English communication skills, both conversational and presentation-based, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and peers.
Fluent in Thai language.
Knowledge of Home Care categories and social-first marketing is a strong advantage.
