Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, driving sales of RUCKUS networking solutions, and achieving revenue and margin targets within an assigned territory or portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include developing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, leading solution presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Senior Account Manager collaborates closely with internal teams such as sales engineering, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful solution deployment and ongoing customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular customer meetings, accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven business decisions.
Qualifications

Strong account management and customer relationship skills, including experience in managing key or strategic accounts and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise networking, IT infrastructure, or related technology solutions.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to Wi-Fi, switching, and network automation, and translate them into business value for customers.
Solid skills in opportunity qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Experience working in or with the Thai market, with strong local business acumen; fluency in English and Thai is highly beneficial.
Comfort with using CRM tools and productivity software to manage accounts, track activities, and report on performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Ability to work on-site in Bangkok City, travel to customer locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
