Job Summary

Seeking a results-oriented Sales representative, Interventional Cardiology to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our interventional cardiology portfolio in Thailand. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with cardiologists, cath lab teams, and hospital stakeholders while providing clinical and technical support to ensure optimal product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for the company's Interventional Cardiology product portfolio, including coronary stents, balloons, catheters, and related cardiovascular devices.
Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within public and private hospitals, healthcare institutions, and cardiac centers.

Account Management

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with interventional cardiologists, healthcare professionals, purchasing departments, and key decision-makers.
Manage key accounts effectively to drive product utilization and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to support product evaluations, tenders, and contract opportunities.

Clinical & Technical Support

Deliver professional product presentations, clinical education, and technical training to healthcare professionals.
Provide procedural support and product expertise in catheterization laboratories (Cath Labs) when required.
Communicate product benefits, clinical evidence, and best practices to customers.

Market Intelligence

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry developments.
Provide timely market insights and recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making.
Identify emerging market opportunities and potential risks.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure all sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Medicine, or a related field.
Minimum 1–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Experience in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular, Cath Lab, Vascular Intervention, or related specialties is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of medical device sales processes and hospital purchasing environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel extensively within Thailand as required.
