Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all People & Culture functions, including recruitment, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, HR administration, and legal compliance.
Partner with the General Manager and department leaders to develop and implement People & Culture strategies that support business goals and operational excellence.
Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership development, succession planning, and team member wellbeing to create a high-performing workplace.
Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, HR standards, and all relevant statutory requirements while maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data.
Manage workforce planning, manpower budgets, payroll costs, HR reporting, and departmental budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop the People & Culture team while promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS (Workday is an advantage).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
