Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving efforts.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java Full Stack Development.
Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within Amazon Web Services environments.
Strong understanding of application architecture design and integration techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance across distributed systems.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in cloud settings.
Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
