Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing, Enterprise

The Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing, Enterprise is responsible for leading the Global Business Services (GBS) sourcing organization across APAC and India, ensuring exceptional sourcing delivery, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role leads a team of Business Services Specialists and Talent Sourcers supporting enterprise RPO program.. The successful candidate will build high-performing teams, drive sourcing strategy, improve productivity, implement technology and AI-enabled sourcing practices, and partner with business leaders to achieve hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

Lead, coach and develop Managers, Team Leads and Sourcing Specialists across APAC and India.

Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Drive employee engagement, capability development, succession planning and career growth.

Create a culture of coaching, recognition and performance excellence. Sourcing Strategy

Develop sourcing strategies.

Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche skills.

Improve sourcing productivity, quality and hiring outcomes through data-driven decisions.

Partner with Talent Access Partnership team and Client Services teams to solve complex hiring challenges.

Operations Excellence

Own sourcing performance across multiple enterprise accounts.

Drive SLA and KPI performance across productivity, quality, speed and candidate experience.

Review operational metrics and implement actions to improve efficiency and delivery.

Identify operational risks and proactively implement corrective actions.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with Client Services Directors, Operations Leaders, Talent Access Partnership teams and senior business leaders.

Lead governance reviews with internal stakeholders.

Present sourcing performance, Talent intelligence and operational insights.

Build trusted relationships across regional and global leadership teams.

People Leadership

Lead a large team of sourcing professionals, and Business Services Specialists

Develop future leaders through coaching and mentoring.

Drive performance management, talent reviews and succession planning.

Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Transformation & Innovation

Drive sourcing transformation initiatives across GBS.

Increase adoption of AI-enabled sourcing tools, automation and talent intelligence platforms.

Improve sourcing processes through standardization and continuous improvement.

Champion innovation across sourcing delivery.

Governance & Analytics

Monitor sourcing dashboards and operational metrics.

Drive productivity improvements and capacity planning.

Present business reviews and operational updates to senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with client processes, company policies and data privacy requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

15+ years of recruitment, talent sourcing, RPO, or enterprise talent acquisition experience.

Proven experience leading large-scale recruitment operations

Minimum 5+ years leading managers and large distributed sourcing organizations.

Experience managing 40+ team members through managers and team leads.

Strong experience across RPO, direct sourcing and enterprise recruitment.

Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders and enterprise clients.

Strong analytical and operational leadership capability.

Experience leading sourcing transformation, process improvement and AI adoption initiatives.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
