Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce, SAP MM Materials Management.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integrated systems.
Familiarity with system integration and data flow between enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
