Key Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, and fixtures.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Ensure all guest rooms are properly prepared and ready for occupancy.
Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
Follow hotel security, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Handle lost and found items according to hotel policies.
Support deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
