Job Summary

Manages sales of General Trade Home-Personal Care within a defined geographical area. Ensure consistent profitable growth, positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

Role & Responsibility

Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT's product portfolio
Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistence sales results
Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year
Work closely with Distributor Owner, Distributor Supervisor, Distributor Sales force, and closely work in the market. Direct contact with shop owner and consumer.
Manage personnel and develop distributor's salesman field competency and skill development.
Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices and procedures

Qualification And Experience

2-3 years in Area Sales Manager experience is require.
Solid traditional trade, distributor management, and open trade market understanding required.
Team management
Good observation & Good instinct
Immediate problem-solving skills
Solid understanding in general trade
Require professional work, due diligence and performing responsible tasks as assigned. High responsibility on compliance.
Ability to use AI-powered tools is preferred
