Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for Jenosize's software, digital platform, and AI-powered solutions.
Identify and prioritize target accounts across designated industries using market insights, account-based strategies, referrals, partnerships, and outbound channels.
Build relationships with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and other key decision-makers within target organizations.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand clients business objectives, operational challenges, technology environments, and opportunities for digital or AI transformation.
Translate client requirements into compelling solution concepts and business cases in collaboration with consulting, product, technology, and delivery teams.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
Coordinate demonstrations, workshops, proof of concepts, and solution presentations tailored to each client's requirements.
Prepare and respond to proposals, quotations, RFPs, and other commercial documents with relevant internal stakeholders.
Communicate the business value, expected outcomes, implementation approach, and commercial model of proposed software and AI solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while providing accurate revenue forecasts, opportunity updates, and risk assessments.
Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit, pipeline, and new-client acquisition targets.
Develop strategic partnerships and ecosystem opportunities that expand market reach and strengthen Jenosize's solution capabilities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and enterprise adoption of software and AI to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
Support, coach, or coordinate with business development team members where applicable, while sharing sales knowledge and best practices.
Ensure a smooth handover from sales to project delivery and maintain client relationships to identify renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Represent Jenosize professionally at client meetings, industry events, business forums, and networking activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B business development, consultative sales, or enterprise solution sales, preferably within software, SaaS, digital transformation, or AI-related businesses.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing complex, high-value B2B opportunities.
Experience managing enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, and procurement processes.
Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS business models, system integration, digital platforms, data, automation, or applied AI.
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and communicate them clearly to both executive and technical audiences.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop value propositions, business cases, pricing approaches, and commercial proposals.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to pipeline and sales management.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales productivity tools, presentation software, and digital collaboration platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.

Business Development Manager (Software and AI)
