Job Description

Review, update, and maintain branch operating procedures to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies.
Support branches by providing process guidance and clarification on daily operational matters.
Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in branch processes and recommend practical improvements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, IT) to align branch processes with policy and system changes.
Support branch readiness when there are changes to procedures, systems, or regulatory requirements.
Help ensure strong internal controls and operational risk awareness in branch processes.
Support communication of process updates and ensure branches understand and apply changes correctly.
