What you'll Do:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, overseeing and executing strategies for all roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
Mentor and guide junior Talent Acquisition team members on best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate management.
Act as a strategic partner to department heads and executive stakeholders to forecast staffing needs, develop workforce planning, and align talent strategy with business objectives.
Design and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and secure top-tier active and passive candidates in a competitive market.
Oversee and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a positive, professional, and consistent journey from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, interview procedures, and selection methodologies, including the adoption of new assessment tools and technologies.
Manage and maintain data integrity within the Application Tracking System (ATS), analyze recruitment metrics, and generate comprehensive reports for key stakeholders, highlighting trends and providing actionable insights.
Spearhead employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns, representing the company at high-profile industry events and building strategic talent pipelines and community relationships.
Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and third-party platforms, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

What you'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar relevant field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity managing complex recruitment projects or teams. Experience handling executive hirings (Directors and above level) is strongly preferred.
Experience working in a multicultural environment is a must.
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various advanced interview techniques and evaluation methods, particularly for specialized and senior-level roles. Experience in hiring expats or relocating expats to Bangkok is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans and managing multiple stakeholder relationships at the senior and executive level.
Fluency in both Thai and English language (written and verbal) is required.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing candidate documentation and coordinating high-volume recruitment schedules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and trends to drive decision-making and process improvements.
